But that static effect was really annoying, you might want to cut that out of your future work, or modify it so that it isn't so jarring.

I felt that you used it too often, which was rather annoying, the effect itself had a sharp pitch to it which was annoying in itself as it hurt my ears slightly, Luckily I had the foresight to adjust my speaker volume beforehand.

You might want to work on fixing that in your future flashes.

Otherwise it was alright, A little short, but alright.

But its still not working fully,

The comedy button is broken and the 'Next' button is hard to push.

Also, the loading bar didn't look right, it was just a moving line.

Very simplistic and entertaining, yet difficult enough to pose a challenge.

The only problem that I found was that the music was a little annoying after a while,

The mute button is nice touch but it mutes the sound effects too.

My Suggestion is to have the option of muting the the music, AND muting everything.

Again very nice game.

This may well get front paged depending on how much competition you are looking at.

There were a few flaws however,

The constant use of 'Norad forces'

I believe you meant Nomad forces.

Second, A tutorial would have been helpful to explain where everything was, such as how to repair turrets.

Third, the mortar has too short a range,

It should be able to be placed behind your main turrets to provide a decent amount of support fire.

Aside from that. Good game.

I was going to comment on the guitar having only three strings again like I did in one of my previous reviews, but partway through the animation, the guitar suddenly gained another three strings!

The guitar looks like it can actually play music now. Kudos

However the terrible audio and rather base animation detracts from what would be a decent flash.

Keep practicing and you should improve.

If I may make a suggestion...
Try adding a small movie to the end instead of the error message,

It might make it a bit more interesting.

The concept of playing a game in order to see a movie would be refreshing.
